- Restore the Lana’ihale watershed ecosystem for the benefit of the Lana’i Community and the native and endangered species of the forest.

- Protect and enhance habitat for Hawaiian Petrel (‘Ua’u)
- Maximize watershed recharge by the removal of invasive species.
- Educate public awareness of threats to Lana’ihale Watershed.
- Educate public about the endangered ‘Ua’u and protected species.
- Involve the people of Lana’i in conservation of their natural resources.
